TULIPS partner Politecnico di Torino and the Italian Ministry of Sustainable Infrastructures and Mobility (MIMS) have signed a collaboration agreement aimed at analyzing and promoting the use of new sustainable fuels (SAF) in the transport sector, with specific reference to aviation. The aim is to define a national roadmap to achieve the decarbonisation goals of the sector.

TULIPS supports scale up of SAF market
Politecnico di Torino (The Polytechnic University of Turin) is the oldest Italian public technical university and partner in the TULIPS consortium. TULIPS works on supporting the scale up of the SAF market. With SAF, aviation can substantially reduce emissions.
